Hit it first with Fire (-16 to -12%) or Water (-14 to -10%). Avoid Earth (32 to 36%) and Neutral (29 to 33%).
Its attacks mostly deal Air damage: Air resistance reduces it. It only attacks in melee: at range, it has to come to you first.
