1. 1Get the Vibrating Pingwin Feather

   Items

   The feather drops from all Pingwin-type creatures in the Frozen Lake zone, with a base rate of 0.24%. From the Royal Pingwin, the rate rises to 1.2%.

2. 2Use the feather

   The feather goes into the “Usable items” tab of your inventory. Click it to start the quest: the quest log then tells you to bring it back to Delphie Fillea.

3. 3Bring the feather back to Delphie Fillea

   Items[-64,-55] · Delphie Fillea

   Delphie Fillea is at the entrance of the Royal Pingwin dungeon. Ask her what the feather is for: she offers to trade it for an Apewicube. The quest ends.

4. 4Open the Apewicube

   Double-click the Apewicube to get a resource. You may get lots of not very useful items, but also elemental fragments, which are used to craft an amulet in another quest.

   The rarest items are the fragments: First, Second, Third and Fourth Fragment of Water, Air, Fire and Earth.
