The 4 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Oto Mustam

   Dialogue[-25,33] · Oto Mustam

   In the Brakmar militia, Oto Mustam tells you that the 3 Masters of the Tower of Orders are complaining about seeing ghosts. Go investigate.

   

2. 2Inspect the Tower of Orders

   [-22,33]

   Enter the Tower of Orders and search it for ghosts. There you meet Domen, in ghost form, who wants to teach you new things about Brakmar.

   

3. 3Listen to Domen and choose your side

   Dialogue[-22,33] · Domen

   The war between Brakmar and Bonta was divine, until the two cities disappeared; having returned in 635, they have been at war again since the assault on Bonta. Brakmar is now divided between those who want revenge and those who want power and the death of all things. Domen gives you an Allegiance Ring, then a letter for Oto.

   Giving back the ring puts you on the side of Djaul, who wants absolute power and the death of all things. Putting it on puts you on the side of Brumaire, who simply wants revenge against Bonta.

4. 4Hand the letter to Oto Mustam

   Items[-25,33] · Oto Mustam

   Give the letter to Oto Mustam and tell him that the specter is none other than Domen. The quest ends.
