Nothing to gather: the quest starts only if you reach the Wounded Spy in time at the end of Priority to the Documents.

The 3 quest steps

1. 1Join the Wounded Spy in time

   Movement[-27,-31] · Wounded Spy

   The quest starts after Priority to the Documents, depending on how long it takes you to reach the Wounded Spy. If you arrive in time, about 5 to 10 minutes at most, you find him on the map, trying to get back to Brakmar: you get this quest.

   After about 10 minutes, the Wounded Spy is no longer there and you get They Call Me Snail instead.

   

2. 2Ask the spy for the documents

   Dialogue[-27,-31] · Wounded Spy

   Ask him for the documents. Two choices: help him against his attackers, which starts a fight, or take the documents and leave him to his fate, with no fight.

3. 3Give the documents to Oto Mustam

   Items[-25,33] · Oto Mustam

   Go back to the Brakmar militia and give the documents to Oto Mustam. The quest ends.
