   At the Temple of the Twelve, ask the Emissary of the Twelve to tell you about Astrub. She advises you to go see Adviser Arky, who will help you discover the city. The portal in this room takes you back to Incarnam whenever you want.

   Go to the Astrub Council Tower and enter.

   

3. 3Talk to Adviser Arky

   Arky introduces you to Astrub and stresses the importance of discipline. She notices you're looking for the Dofus and asks you to investigate alleged dragon eggs. The quest ends: continue the conversation to get Treading on Eggshells.
