What to prepare

Nothing to buy: three quest ingredients are collected at Astrub Cemetery, including the Gargoyl Belts, which can't be bought at the market.

The 12 quest steps

1. 1Leaf through Prent's book

   The quest starts right after the previous one: Prent was able to print a first copy of the book. Ask to browse it and leaf through it.

2. 2Talk to Aisling

   Dialogue[7,-19] · Aisling

   Go back up to the first floor to see Aisling. Ratathrosk was Astrub's protector for more than 200 years, and the scroll she translated tells of his friendship with a legendary knight: the autumn knight. Read the scroll in your quest inventory.

3. 3Meet Ratathrosk

   Dialogue[4,-19] · Ratathrosk

   Ratathrosk tells you about the images that remain of his past. For his memory to come back, he asks you to take him to the knight who was his friend.

   

4. 4Escort Ratathrosk to the cemetery

   Movement[-1,-14]

   Take the dragon to Astrub Cemetery. As soon as he arrives on the map, he runs off to the south-east.

   

5. 5Find Ratathrosk again

   [2,-10] · Ratathrosk

   Ratathrosk seems to have found the knight's grave. He asks you to go see an old gentleman, who can help you communicate with the deceased.

   

6. 6Consult Nistracolamus

   Dialogue[2,-14] · Nistracolamus

   To make contact with the knight, Nistracolamus advises you to gather several ingredients, mix them in an urn and bury it at the foot of the grave.

7. 7Pick up the soil from the crypt

   Collect[0,-10]

   Click on the bench in front of Brutas's crypt to collect the soil.

8. 8Fight the Crimson Dawn spectres

   Combat[0,-12]

   Talk to the Crimson Dawn Spectre to fight them. The fight can be done with several players. After the victory, you get the Vengeful Spectre Relic.

9. 9Pull off 3 Gargoyl Belt

   Combat

   Fight Gargoyls in the Astrub Cemetery area: the belts drop at a base rate of 100%. They can't be bought at the market.

10. 10Fill the urn

    With the soil, the relic and the three belts, open your quest inventory and double-click the Blessed Urn to make the mixture.

11. 11Bury the urn near the grave

    [2,-10]

    Go to [2,-11] and go down to the map below by clicking on the bottom cell, in the middle of the map: this hidden map takes you in front of the autumn knight's grave. Click on the grave.

    

12. 12Speak to Ratathrosk

    Dialogue[2,-10] · Ratathrosk

    Ratathrosk converses with the knight, whom you can neither see nor hear. He then thanks you: you may be able to see the knight, when the time comes. The quest ends.
