The quest can only be done during Al Howin, about three weeks toward the end of October. Equip a Pumpkwin Head before fighting Al Howin monsters.

The 5 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Bworknroll

   Dialogue[-5,10] · Bworknroll

   The quest starts after A Pumpkwin for Al Howin. According to Bworknroll, your curse comes from an untalented Bwork: he wants to brew an antidote, and asks you for ingredients.

   

2. 2Collect 5 Contaminated Creature Sample

   Combat

   Fight Al Howin Gobballs or Al Howin Tofus, where Gobballs and Tofus usually live in Amakna. The samples drop automatically.

   Equip a Pumpkwin Head before these fights, so you aren't hit by the Al Howin curse.

3. 3Hand the ingredients over to Bworknroll

   Items[-5,10] · Bworknroll

   Bring the ingredients back to Bworknroll so that he prepares the beer ritual.

   • 5 × Contaminated Creature Sampleto hand over

4. 4Go through the beer ritual

   [-5,10] · Bworknroll

   Stand on the cell in front of Bworknroll, who smears you with Trool Dung and Gobball drool, then talk to him again to start the ritual. It fails: you are turned into a Bwroky. The curse actually comes from someone very powerful: he sends you to see a person who owes him a debt and will know where to find nightmarish sweets.

5. 5Talk to Paindep

   Dialogue[-12,8] · Paindep

   Paindep can't refuse to repay Bworknroll's debt: she agrees to help you. The quest ends.
