The big part: 10 Bontarian Cloaks, to buy or craft, and 1,000 kamas for the Congratulations Wrapping Paper. The cloak can only be crafted if the craftsman, or his customer, is Bontarian.

   At the Bonta militia, Amayiro is in a great mood: ten of your colleagues are invited to a ceremony for pulling off a formidable raid against Brakmar. You need to get them clean cloaks, collect the article about their victory from the Key Master, and find gift wrapping at the Trool Fair.

2. 2Make the Magic Bluish Dyes

   Crafting

   If you make the cloaks yourself, you first need 10 Magic Bluish Dyes, made by an alchemist of level 55 or higher. One dye requires 20 Blue Larva Skin and 1 Blueberry Jelly.

3. 3Make the 10 Bontarian Cloaks

   Crafting

   The level 1 tailor profession is enough. One cloak requires 1 Magic Bluish Dye, 1 Strubian Raeman Wool and 1 Crovus Feather. You can also buy the cloaks directly.

   The craftsman who makes the cloak, or his customer, absolutely must be Bontarian.
