The 6 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Amayiro

   Dialogue[-32,-57] · Amayiro

Ask him for work: the other choice starts the 2 alignment quest. Amayiro asks you to investigate the sudden reappearance of Frigost Island, a frozen land that vanished around the 6th century.

   Dialogue

   1. “Ask if he has work for you”

2. 2Board the boat to Frigost

   Movement[-34,-16] · Captain Ardier

At the boat to Frigost Island, Captain Ardier agrees to take you to the island.

If you have never been to Frigost, he gives you the quest The Icefields, which corresponds to the crossing. If you have already been there, take the Frigost zaap and meet Captain Ardier to cross from Frigost: it is much shorter than crossing Cania on foot.

3. 3Question Lou Bricante

   Dialogue[-77,-42] · Lou Bricante

At Frigost's town hall, ask Lou Bricante why the island was cut off from the world. Learning that you come on behalf of an important person, she runs to warn Mayor Cantile.

   Dialogue

   1. “Ask what happened on the island to report back to your employer”

4. 4Question Mayor Cantile

   Dialogue[-77,-42] · Mayor Cantile

Go up to the mayor's office, on the second floor. The island's glaciation is the work of a Xelor, Count Harebourg, who betrayed the inhabitants in 552; it was only in 640 that the Frigostians reconnected with the continent. She sends you to her archivist, Hugo Frost.

   Dialogue

   1. “Ask questions about the island to write a report”

5. 5Get Hugo Frost's archives

   Items[-78,-43] · Hugo Frost

At the Tower of Archives, Hugo Frost entrusts you with a book that recounts everything, from Count Harebourg's betrayal to the reopening of a sea route to the continent.

6. 6Hand the archives over to Amayiro

   Items[-32,-57] · Amayiro

Go back to the continent. Amayiro skims the document: Jiva herself is interested in Frigost, and a powerful curse is said to be at work on the island. The quest ends: continue the conversation to unlock the next one.

Where does the quest Destiny start?

With Amayiro, at the Bonta militia at [-32,-57]. You must be a Bontarian, level 50, and have completed Training with Tarche.

I'm not a Bontarian, which quest should I do?

Fate for Brakmarians, Rivalry for Neutrals. The steps are almost the same, and doing one prevents you from starting the other two.

Do you need to do this quest to continue the alignment?

No. It has nothing to do with the alignment quests: you can do Bonta's 2 alignment quest without it.

How to get to Frigost Island?

By Captain Ardier's boat, at [-34,-16]. The first time, he gives you The Icefields; after that, take the Frigost zaap and cross from the island.

Which quest comes after Destiny?

Curses!, obtained by continuing the conversation with Amayiro at [-32,-57].
