The militia's equipment is of very poor quality. Amayiro asks you to find the smith who makes it and put him to the test by ordering a weapon from him.

2. 2Question Kosuke Ichazum

   Dialogue[-30,-56] · Kosuke Ichazum

At the Bonta smiths' workshop, Kosuke Ichazum tells you it isn't him who equips the militia, but a certain Latem Sa, an intern in Astrub.

3. 3Have Latem Sa forge a Celt'Axe

   [7,-16] · Latem Sa

At the Astrub smiths' workshop, Latem Sa admits that working for Bonta wears him out: he only does it for his father, who got him the job through his connections. Give him the resources so he forges you a Celt'Axe.
