What to prepare

Nothing to gather: Ganymede gives you your first equipment. The quest is part of the guided tutorial of the Celestial Temple.

The 4 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Ganymede again

   Dialogue[1,1] · Ganymede

   After giving the poutch a beating, talk to Ganymede again: he congratulates you and hands you your first equipment.

   Character created before 3.6? Just go all the way to the back of the Celestial Temple of Incarnam, to the Dofusarium map at [1,1], to complete the quest.

2. 2Equip your items

   Open your inventory with the bag-shaped button, or the I key, and equip all the items you received: hat, cloak, amulet, ring, belt and boots.

3. 3Defeat the Celestial Gobball and Celestial Lilgobbly

   Combat

   Go to the map directly to the right, the Celestial Gobball Pen, and start the fight against the Celestial Gobball and the Celestial Lilgobbly, solo. They put up a bit more resistance than the poutch. Winning earns you the shield of your set.

4. 4Go back to Ganymede

   Dialogue[1,1] · Ganymede

   Ganymede congratulates you and explains that leveling up lets you improve your skills. The quest ends and unlocks the Beginning achievement: accept its reward, then spend your points with the characteristics button on the right.

The quest gives no direct reward: the shield of your set drops during the fight, and the Beginning achievement has its own reward.
