   The quest starts automatically at Permafrost Port, once Fight Club has been completed 40 times. Chuck asks you to discreetly deliver a letter to someone in Frigost Village.

2. 2Deliver the Letter to Cap'n Tankerous

   Items[-85,-36] · Cap'n Tankerous

   Give the letter to Cap'n Tankerous. The quest ends: you also receive a small characteristic scroll, in a random element.

Experience, 4 Ice Kama and a small characteristic scroll in a random element.
