What to prepare

No mandatory fights or kamas: you need a Hunting Knife or another hunting weapon for the meat sample, and the means to harvest wood, grain, plants and fish.

   At the Council Tower, Jobe Sentre has worries: loaves of bread are said to be the source of an epidemic, the alchemists' potions are unusable and the wood is rotten.

   Enter the farmers' workshop and talk to him about the loaves of bread. According to other accounts, all plant species may be contaminated, and the animals too.

   He has suspended hunting until the livestock is certified safe. The alchemists are investigating and need samples of contaminated resources.

4. 4Take the five samples

   Collect

   Get one sample of each contaminated resource thanks to your professions: meat by fighting a Piwi with a Hunting Knife equipped, wood by cutting an Ash in the Astrub forest, grain by reaping Wheat in the Astrub fields, plant by picking Nettles in the forest or fields, fish by fishing Gudgeon in the lake.

5. 5Give the samples to Dragonsly

   Items[3,-21] · Dragonsly

   Enter the alchemists' workshop. According to him, the contamination is of mineral origin, and it started right after the Astrub council refused to subsidize Chipo Atufe's quarry.

   Go down into the underground at [1,-17] and join Chipo Atufe, at [2,-18]. He denies any involvement: he would have suffered from it too. However, he saw someone preparing food stockpiles.

   

7. 7Question Feldz Paffe

   Dialogue[10,-19] · Feldz Paffe

   In the mine, Feldz Paffe explains his reservations: with the many recent cave-ins, he fears being stuck for weeks in a gallery.

8. 8Blow up the rock

   [10,-19]

   Go back to the first mine map and click the TNT barrel to take explosives. Advance one map and click the big rock on the right to clear the way to the abandoned gallery.

9. 9Talk to Fidel Gastro

   Dialogue[10,-19] · Fidel Gastro

   Settled in the abandoned gallery, he asks you to leave. He cleaned the mold-covered walls with rags, then wrung them out in the river.

10. 10See Dragonsly again

    Dialogue[3,-21] · Dragonsly

    He understands everything: Fidel contaminated the river, the water contaminated the grain, then the animals that feed on it and the surrounding flora.

11. 11Report to Jobe Sentre

    Jobe Sentre thanks you for your valuable help. The quest ends.
