What to prepare

Nothing to gather: three fights, all can be done in a group, with three animals to take along in turn as a follower character.

The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Abrazelon Sixgriffe

   Dialogue[2,-15] · Abrazelon Sixgriffe

   Abrazelon uses tofus in the mines to warn when toxic fumes are too concentrated, but they get sick. He has trained animals able to withstand these fumes, and wants to make sure they get along with the tofus in the underground.

2. 2Take the boar into the mine

   Combat[1,-17]

   Talk to the Burrower Boar, on the same map as Abrazelon, so it follows you. Go into the mine in [1,-17] and talk to one of the Gazteropods, who seems threatened by the boar: a fight starts against three Ranifftous Tofus. It can be done in a group.

   If you don't see the boar, change maps and come back.

3. 3Return the boar to Abrazelon

   Items[2,-15] · Abrazelon Sixgriffe

   Tell Abrazelon what happened: the boar doesn't get along with the tofus, it isn't fit for this job.

4. 4Catch the Cave-Dwelling Gobball

   Combat[1,-16]

   Talk to the Cave-Dwelling Gobball so it follows you, then go to the front of the mine in [1,-17] : attracted by a smell, the Gobball runs away. Find it in the grocery store, in [1,-16], and talk to it to calm it down before it eats all the grocer's goods. A fight starts, which can be done in a group. Once the Gobball is defeated, talk to it again so it follows you once more.

5. 5Return the Gobball to Abrazelon

   Items[2,-15] · Abrazelon Sixgriffe

   The Gobball isn't fit for the job either. Abrazelon asks you to try with a Bow Wow.

   Dialogue

   1. “Complain about the Gobball's behavior”

6. 6Take the Bow Wow into the mine

   [1,-17]

   Talk to the Loyal Bow Wow so it follows you, then go back to the mine in [1,-17] and talk to the Gazteropod. The Bow Wow stays calm around the tofus, but it suddenly runs off toward the underground: follow it.

7. 7Save Timmy from the Young Milirats

   Combat[1,-16] · Timmy

   The Bow Wow leads you to a child attacked by Milirats. Talk to one of the Young Milirats to attack them; the fight can be done in a group. Then talk to Timmy: he fell into a hole not far from the zaap and was harassed by the rats until the Bow Wow arrived. Talk to the Loyal Bow Wow again so it follows you.

8. 8Return the Bow Wow to Abrazelon

   Tell Abrazelon about the Bow Wow's exemplary behavior. The quest ends.
