What to prepare

Nothing to gather: just plan for three solo fights, the last two with Ehne at your side.

The 12 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Andre Estermod

   Dialogue[23,24] · Andre Estermod

   Andre Estermod directs you to the next arena, in Brakmar, where you will have to face Oto Mustam.

2. 2Meet the Dreamer's Disciple

   Dialogue[-25,33] · Dreamer's Disciple

   On the Brakmar Militia square, the Disciple reveals that the Spiritites are scales of Spiritia, the Dreamer dragoness. You would be the chosen one of these scales: her group needs you, and she asks you to follow her to a more discreet place.

   

3. 3Talk to Ehne in the sewers

   Dialogue[-26,35] · Ehne

   Go down the stairs at the bottom of the map, enter the sewers and go down again. Ehne, the prophet blessed by Spiritia, wants to attack the Brakmar taming center and free the Modsters. Your role: gain Oto's trust by beating him in the arena, so that he gives you a tour of the center.

4. 4Face Oto Mustam in the arena

   Combat[-25,33] · Oto Mustam

   Enter the Brakmar arena through the Arena Portal and talk to Oto Mustam. The fight is solo: you just have to eliminate his 4 Modsters.

5. 5Talk to Oto Mustam again

   Dialogue[-25,33] · Oto Mustam

   Furious, Oto throws the fifth Spiritite at your head. Stay polite: flatter his Modsters and show curiosity about his methods. He still refuses the tour, because he is expecting a distinguished guest.

   Together with the previous ones, this Spiritite gives you 25% spell damage in total, with no time limit.

6. 6Go back to see Ehne

   Dialogue[-26,35] · Ehne

   Go back to the sewers, entrance at [-25,34], and tell Ehne about Oto's refusal. She has a plan: Oto will be busy with his guest, and the guard on duty can be intimidated with your Spiritites.

7. 7Enter the taming center

   Movement[-27,33] · Training Centre Guard

   At the entrance of the Atolmond tavern, show your Spiritites to the guard and pretend Oto gave his approval. He refuses at first, but by passing yourself off as Oto's guest and threatening to complain, you convince him to let you in.

   

8. 8Free the imprisoned modsters

   [-27,33]

   Talk to Ehne, horrified by the state of the Modsters. Go down to the next room and talk to the Suspicious Guard: the ruse no longer holds, and you knock out the two guards with Ehne. Talk to Ehne again, who feels the Modsters' distress, then click on the bars of the 3 cages to free them.

9. 9Defeat the Brakmarian Tamers

   Combat[-27,33] · Brakmarian Tamer

   Two tamers arrive. Talk to the Brakmarian Tamer: he has figured out you aren't Oto's guest. The fight is solo, with Ehne: you just have to eliminate the 6 Modsters.

10. 10Team up with Ehne against Erdnasyl

    Combat[-27,33] · Ehne

    Talk to Ehne again and go up one map toward the exit: Oto is waiting for you with his guest, Erdnasyl, master of the Osatopia league. Listen to Erdnasyl: with a snap of his fingers, the freed Modsters rejoin him. Talk to Ehne to start the fight, solo with her: you just have to eliminate the 6 Modsters.

    After the victory, Erdnasyl knocks your whole team out of the fight and the fight is displayed as a defeat: the quest still moves forward. You have to win the fight: leaving or losing on purpose doesn't count.

11. 11Listen to Erdnasyl and Osamodas's Emissary

    Dialogue[-27,33] · Erdnasyl

    Talk to Erdnasyl again, who orders his Fire Falcon to finish the job. Listen to the Panicked Brakmarian Guard: Ehne's allies are freeing Modsters all over Brakmar. The Osamodas's Emissary then appears and calls Erdnasyl to order. Talk to Erdnasyl, who lets you live this time, then to Osamodas's Emissary: she teleports you to the Ephemeral dimension.

12. 12Thank Osamodas's Emissary

    In the Ephemeral dimension, talk to Osamodas's Emissary again. She saved you because Osamodas has high expectations of you, and suggests you join the sixth arena, on Pandala. The quest ends.

How do I win the Modster fights?

By eliminating all the Modsters, without having to defeat their master: 4 against Oto Mustam, 6 against the tamers and 6 against Erdnasyl.

The fight against Erdnasyl is displayed as a defeat, is that normal?

Yes, if you have eliminated the 6 Modsters. Erdnasyl then knocks your team out of the fight, but the quest moves forward. Leaving or losing on purpose doesn't count.
