The 13 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Francis Lalande

   Dialogue[2,-47] · Francis Lalande

   Francis lives as a recluse: he doesn't even know Allister has been crowned. Upon learning the date, he leaves to finish his song for Allister, then suddenly reappears in front of you: like the beasts of the region, he cannot leave. He asks you to show the carcass of a creature from the area to a Xelor master.

   

2. 2Collect an Intact Bliblitch Carcass

   Items

   Fight Bliblitches in the Cania Moors area: the carcass drops at a base rate of 10 to 14%.

3. 3Show the carcass to Amine

   Items[3,1] · Amine

   At the Xelor Temple, tell Amine about Francis's problem and show her the carcass: the Bliblitch is the result of an external time manipulation.

4. 4Talk to Marty Makzap

   Dialogue[-3,-42] · Marty Makzap

   Francis is a collateral victim, and several eras are involved. To find out which, you must find objects from those eras in Bliblitch carcasses.

5. 5Search four Bliblitch carcasses

   Click one specific carcass on each of the four maps.

6. 6Have Doctor Hoo date the objects

   [20,25] · Doctor Hoo

   Doctor Hoo dates the objects: they come from the years 436, 536 and 636, a hundred years apart. The sheet music, however, remains impossible to date. He advises you to ask Francis about his memories.

   

7. 7Jog Francis's memory

   [2,-47] · Francis Lalande

   Ask Francis what happened before the anomaly, then show him each object. At the sight of the ball, he remembers that he often went to a tent at the fair. On the same map, Marty Makzap has just arrived: he tells you about a strange attraction at the Trool Fair.

8. 8Inspect the Trool Fair tent

   [-13,-40] · Marty Makzap

   Click the tent entrance: you are sent back. Talk to Marty, in front of the tent: it is a sort of portal to another time, and it needs objects from the eras involved to work again.

   

9. 9Gather the objects from the eras

   Items

   You need 10 Bliblitch Hairs, 1 Bliblitch Leather Strap, and three quest items. The Bliblitch Musk drops when you defeat a Bliblitch in the Cania Moors.

10. 10Bring the objects back to Marty Makzap

    Items[-13,-40] · Marty Makzap

    Marty gives you an amulet so you don't get lost and a drink to cross the portal in one piece. Don't touch anything or anyone on the other side, to avoid a time paradox.

11. 11Enter the tent and defeat the Biblis

    Enter the tent: Septangel, in the middle of a delicate experiment, asks you to leave her alone. Drawn by your amulet, monsters attack you: you must defeat 2 Biblis in a single fight, doable with a group. Spell encountered: Paradixism, which shares damage with no time limit, across the whole map.

    Never end your turn on the cross-shaped glyph: you die instantly.

12. 12Talk to Septangel again

    Dialogue[-13,-40] · Septangel

    Your fight disturbed the tranquility of the place: her procedure failed because of you. She asks you to leave, and you are teleported outside, in front of Marty Makzap.

13. 13Tell Marty Makzap everything

    [-13,-40] · Marty Makzap

    Tell Marty what you saw: Francis vanished the moment you appeared. The quest ends.
