The 3 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Scooger

   Dialogue[-32,-86] · Scooger

   It's Kwismas, but some grumps are dipping into the supplies: Scooger sends you to fight Oogie Betty in her hut.

   

2. 2Defeat Oogie Betty

   Combat[-35,-89] · Oogie Betty

   Head to Oogie Betty's hut and fight her, alone. She summons Prez' Booms that lock you and poisons you every turn.

   Her hideout is only accessible after completing Running Water, which opens access to it every day during Kwismas.

3. 3Go back to Scooger

   Dialogue[-32,-86] · Scooger

   Go back and talk to Scooger to finish the quest. If you do all the grump quests at the same time, only come back once all the grumps are defeated: that saves back-and-forth trips.
