Nothing to gather: you must be Bontarian or Brakmarian, alignment level 10 minimum, and be able to do the Royal Pingwin's Excavation.

The 3 quest steps

1. 1Talk to your city's agent

   Dialogue[-76,-46] · Michele Seyroth

   Talk to Michele Seyroth if you are Bontarian, or to Jammy Rokwai if you are Brakmarian. The agent asks you to go back and defeat the Royal Pingwin to allow its capture.

   

2. 2Defeat the Royal Pingwin

   Combat[-64,-55]

   Do the Royal Pingwin's Excavation dungeon and defeat the Royal Pingwin in a single fight. Discovering the dungeon's final map is also one of the objectives.

3. 3Make your report

   [-76,-46] · Michele Seyroth

   Go back to see your city's agent in the Village and tell him that you have indeed captured the Royal Pingwin. The quest ends.
