Real Library Rats

What to prepare

Nothing to gather: you must win three solo fights against Library Rats, in the Astrub sewers.

The 6 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Aisling

   Dialogue[7,-19] · Aisling

The quest follows directly after the previous one. Aisling tells you that rats stole the scroll about the Astrub dragon.

   Dialogue

   1. “Offer to hunt down the unscrupulous rodents”

2. 2Go down into the sewers

   Movement[5,-17]

Enter through the manhole, then follow the path to the first Library Rat.

3. 3Defeat three Library Rats

   Combat

Talk to the first rat to attack it. Then go down one map and attack a second one. Go back to the previous map, go left twice and attack the third. Each fight is solo.

   • Library Ratfight · level 35 · 360 HP · 7 AP · 5 MP

4. 4Recover the scroll from Ramane Itoo

   Items[6,-13] · Ramane Itoo

Go back to the first intersection in the sewers and go right twice. The rats gave the scroll to their leader, Ramane Itoo. You have proven that the rats had nothing to do with the gases in the underground: he gives it back to you.

   • Crafted Leather Casereceived

5. 5Show the scroll to Aisling

   Items[7,-19] · Aisling

The scroll is written in Old Astrubian. While Aisling deciphers it, she sends you to see how Prent is doing.

   Dialogue

   1. “Show the scroll”

6. 6Talk to Prent

   Dialogue[7,-19] · Prent

Go down to the library's ground floor. The quest ends; if you keep talking, Prent entrusts you with the next one.
