The 3 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Scooger

   Dialogue[-32,-86] · Scooger

   It's Kwismas, but some grumps are stealing from the supplies: Scooger sends you to fight Roachelf in his hut.

   

2. 2Defeat Roachelf

   Combat[-37,-87] · Roachelf

   Go to Roachelf's hut and fight him, solo. He strengthens in the element you hit him with: start with a spell of an element other than your main one, and stay at a distance.

   His attic can only be accessed after completing Metamoooorphosis!, which opens access to it every day during Kwismas.

3. 3Go back to Scooger

   Dialogue[-32,-86] · Scooger

   Go back and talk to Scooger to finish the quest. If you do all the grump quests at the same time, only come back once all the grumps are defeated: that saves back-and-forth trips.
