Open the Incarnam Pancake Recipe from your quest inventory. You need 10 Wheat, 4 Magical Cure, 2 Chimeric Egg, 1 Mimilk, 4 Eternal Ashes and 4 Gobball Slobber.

Read the recipe before baking the pancake: otherwise the quest does not update, and you will have to read it and then bake a new pancake.

Talk to old Babblera: she agrees to give you a jar of jam in exchange for 5 Nettles, which can be harvested pretty much anywhere in Incarnam. Talk to her again with the nettles and give them to her: a Jar of Homemade Jam goes into your quest inventory.
