   In the blacksmiths' district, ask Boulor whether he has noticed any changes. He has seen people smiling since the arrival of two people with a Bontarian accent.

   

3. 3Threaten Iakos

   [-29,34] · Iakos

   Iakos seems to hate the city. Pretend you need his help, then threaten to go after the families he has helped with his partner if they don't stop immediately. He accepts the deal.

   

4. 4Report to Oto Mustam

   [-25,33] · Oto Mustam

   Tell Oto Mustam that the problem is solved. The quest ends.
