   Give the three bags to Brokkreitri. He then asks you to craft a dagger with a bag and resources from Frigost Village monsters, to show him your smithing skills.

4. 4Craft the Squeaky Smilers

   Use Brokkreitri's workshop to craft Squeaky Smilers with 1 Frigostian Dagger Smith Bag, 1 Gullipop Feather, 1 Crabeye Pincer, 1 Still Water, 1 Stunted Rat Fabric and 1 Woolly Bow Meow Hair.
