The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Corporal Tart

   Dialogue[1,6] · Corporal Tart

   She first wants you to peel potatoes: ask for another task. She then sends you to check whether Agent Valérien is all right in the Present Day, as she can no longer reach him.

2. 2Defend Agent Valérien

   Combat[2,0] · Agent Valerian

   Go to the Present Day; to get there, use the watch once at [2,5], in the Gonebyways. Valérien's research has come to nothing and the Altdemons attack him as soon as the conversation ends: you defend this Feca against Siks-T and 7 of its allies, with 7 characters at most since Valérien takes a spot. You then get a Tuft of Siks-T Hair.

   The quest updates for everyone if one character starts the combat and the others join as reinforcements.

3. 3Ask where Agent Dauredine is

   Talk to Agent Valérien again: his colleague is fine and is wandering around the area.

4. 4Find Agent Dauredine

   Movement · Agent Doredeen

   Her position changes depending on the time (to be confirmed). Talk to her about the strange devices: damaged by the Altdemons, they did not go back in time like the rest of the area. She asks you for a toolbox and other devices, and gives you an Everflax Flower: double-click it to find her position.

5. 5Borrow the toolbox

   In the first area, ask Doc for a toolbox and explain why you need it: he agrees to lend it to you.

6. 6Gather 7 technomagical parts

   Items

   You need 7 different Damaged Technomagical Parts. Four drop from Present Day monsters, with a base 50% chance. The other three are picked up from the ground in the area.

   Each of the 4 monsters gives only one part: if you have already gotten it from a Sethen, it won't drop it again. Vary the monsters.

7. 7Get the device repaired

   · Agent Doredeen

   Find Agent Dauredine again (same schedule, or use the Everflax Flower) and give her the toolbox and the parts. Talk to her again right away: the device is repaired, but she still doesn't know what it's for.

8. 8Report to Corporal Tart

   [1,6] · Corporal Tart

   Go back to the outpost. The Corporal is counting on Valérien's data to find a passage between the Xelorium and the Outerworld. The quest ends.

Do all the characters in the group complete the combat?

Yes, if they join as reinforcements. One character starts the combat against Siks-T and the others join as reinforcements, up to 7.
