   Ask him who hunts the creatures of the Count and his minions: nobody. Offer yourself as a hunter. The hunt you are given is chosen at random; for The Fifth Element, it's the monsters of the Winter Gardens.

2. 2Collect 50 Elemental Ashes

   Items

   Defeat 50 monsters of the Winter Gardens to get the 50 Elemental Ashes.

   Elemental Ashes do not drop in dungeons.

3. 3Bring the ashes back to Darwin Chester

   Give the 50 Elemental Ashes to Darwin Chester. The quest ends, and you can immediately ask him for a new hunt.
