What to prepare

No fights, but three conditions: 3,000 achievement points, 200,000 kamas on you, which you don't lose, and a profession at level 200 (Sidekick achievement).

The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Troy Trawlats

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Troy Trawlats

   Talk to the Pazpartu Guard to enter the strikers' room. Immortal, Troy Trawlats will never collect his pension: he asks you to listen to his colleagues too and to act as a mediator with the management of the Koffrery.

2. 2Convince Olyunok

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Olyunok

   Olyunok hates cleaning and wants to bring in cleaning ladies from the mainland. Prove that you understand him by showing him your achievement points.

   You need at least 3,000 achievement points to talk to him.

3. 3Convince Olreka

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Olreka

   Olreka wants to work less and earn more so she can devote herself to her passion: kamas. Show her that you share it by carrying about 200,000 kamas.

   You need 200,000 kamas on you. You don't lose them.

4. 4Convince Grumpaw

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Grumpaw

   Grumpaw demands snack breaks and profit sharing. Show him that you know what work is with a profession at level 200.

   You need the Sidekick achievement, that is, a profession at level 200.

5. 5Present the demands to Grampow

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Grampow

   At the entrance of the Koffrery, Grampow studies the demands, except for the cleaning ladies. In exchange, dimensional travelers will have to pay a land occupation tax in Enurado.

6. 6Negotiate the tax with Sergeant Frinklan

   Dialogue[-1,-1] · Sergeant Frinklan

   The Sergeant isn't thrilled, but accepts to avoid a war: the afric pump will soon be profitable, and they will pay the Enutrofor with the kamas taken from travelers.

7. 7Announce the agreement to Grampow

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Grampow

   Announce that the tax will be paid: Grampow accepts some of the demands of the employees.

8. 8Go back to Troy Trawlats

   Dialogue[-8,-5] · Troy Trawlats

   Go back into the Koffrery and tell Troy Trawlats that the negotiations succeeded. The quest ends.
