   The quest starts at the Brakmar militia. Some guards are said not to be taking their break at the tavern: Oto Mustam, displeased, tasks you with finding those responsible.

   Warrior Vistra Bicelk gives you a list of soldiers she is sure are taking their break.

   

3. 3Make the Anonymous Drunk talk

   [-28,38] · Anonymous Drunkard

   At the Burnt Cat Inn, buy a beer from the innkeeper to make the Anonymous Drunk talk. He gives you a second list of soldiers who are taking their break.

4. 4Collect the confessions of the three militiamen

   Three militiamen are not taking their break. Talk to each of them, then collect their confessions.
