Four resources to make the toy. The quest has to be redone every time Kwismas Island reopens.

The 6 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Nicholas Kwismas

   Dialogue[-32,-86] · Nicholas Kwismas

   Nicholas Kwismas will give you access to the Kwismas shops, behind the left-hand door. He just asks you to make a toy and hand it over to him.

   

2. 2Talk to Blimprover

   Dialogue[-28,-89] · Blimprover

   Go see Blimprover to get a toy blueprint. He tells you he has lost his bag, which contains all his toy blueprints, in a water hole.

   

3. 3Fish out the bag

   [-31,-88]

   Meet at [-31,-88] and click on the brownish object sticking out of the water. You get Blimprover's Bag.

   A school of fish is right next to it: position your cursor carefully to click in the right spot.

4. 4Bring the bag back to Blimprover

   Items[-28,-89] · Blimprover

   Bring the bag back to Blimprover: he gives you a toy blueprint in exchange.

5. 5Make the toy

   Crafting[-32,-86]

   Go back to the Kwismas workshop. Go into the room at the back on the right and click on the machine on the right to make the toy with the four resources.

6. 6Give the toy to Nicholas Kwismas

   Go back to the previous room and talk to Nicholas Kwismas. The quest ends and you have access to the Kwismas shops: take the left-hand door.

The quest doesn't unlock any other quest, but opens access to the Kwismas shops, through the left-hand door of the workshop. It has to be redone every time the island reopens. Another Kwismas Island quest, started at the same place: Scooger Gets His Bell Rung.
