What to prepare

Nothing to gather. To do the fight with several players, each player must answer Serpentine “Call for reinforcements first”.

The 9 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Kathy Brennan

   Dialogue[2,2] · Kathy Brennan

   Ask how her research is going. For better results, she needs samples from Necroticks that have already attacked living beings, to compare with the first ones and understand what drives them to attack.

2. 2Join Serpentine of the Graves 12

   Movement[7,9] · Serpentine of the Graves 12

   At the meeting point, the Hyrda member asks you to rid her of a group of Necroticks that are out for her blood. The fight is for up to 8 players.

   1. “Call for reinforcements first”

   Each player sees their quest advance as long as they answered “Call for reinforcements first” to Serpentine.

3. 3Defeat the Necroticks

   Combat[7,9]

   The fight is easier than those of the previous quests: you start away from the group, and you no longer have anyone to protect. It gets you the Aggressive Necrotick Sample.

4. 4Talk to Serpentine of the Graves 12 again

   She and her colleagues are working hand in hand with Kathy Brennan to find out whether the Necroticks' growing aggressiveness comes from a drug or an enchantment.

5. 5Give the sample to Kathy Brennan

   Kathy then asks you to go pick up an order from Amuza Ataga.

6. 6Collect Amuza Ataga's order

   Ask Amuza Ataga if Kathy's order is ready, and pick up the strange package.

   At the outpost, ask about the package: it's a gift for Smooth. The Aggressive Necrotick's sample contains an unknown toxin: to find out where it comes from, Kathy asks you to analyze the Necroticks' food.

8. 8Investigate in the Catacumbras

   In the Catacumbras, you come across some children. Talk to Luwa, then try to catch one of them, without much success.

9. 9Alert Serpentine of the Graves 12

   [7,9] · Serpentine of the Graves 12

   On the map to the right, ask Serpentine about the presence of children in the Catacumbras. She is surprised: it isn't normal. The quest ends.
