Wanted: Turnado
Level 80 wanted notice, to pick up at the Ohwymi Sandloon at [15,-57]: find Turnado in the Dunes of Bones, defeat her and deliver her to Talky Walker. All the steps, her spells and fight tips.

Nothing to gather. For the fight, characters who strike in Water and at range, and something to push Turnado back, are an asset.

2Find Turnado
Movement
Turnado always appears in the Dunes of Bones area, on Ohwymi. If a group defeats her without anyone obtaining her as a follower (nobody has started the quest, or everyone has already completed it), she immediately reappears in the area.
Turnado is not always present: once defeated, she disappears from the area for several hours before reappearing.

3Defeat Turnado
Combat
Turnado has no invulnerable state and only strikes at short range, but she pulls in up to 8 range around her. Keep her at a distance by pushing her back, and spread your characters apart. Her full strategy is in the Fights section.
Never stay at 2 range from her: she makes you Pacifist, removes 10 range from you and poisons you.

4Deliver Turnado to Talky Walker
Items · Talky Walker
After the victory, Turnado follows you as a follower, provided you have started the quest. Go to the Sheriff's office and talk to Talky Walker. Turnado leaves your group and the quest ends: she then appears behind the prison bars, with the other wanted monsters you have captured.

The fights
Level 80
6,200 HP, 9 AP and 4 MP. Resistances: 5% Neutral, 10% Earth, 7% Fire, -12% Water, 13% Air. Like all wanted monsters, she has the Ad Hoc Allies state: -400 Vitality and -50 Power (general damage) (infinite) per monster present with her, with no penalty if she is alone. Tips: stay at a good distance and push her back, then she won't be able to do anything; avoid having several characters within a radius of 5 around her; stay at least 7 range away, her 4 MP plus her area of 2, or less if you remove MP from her; favor the Water element, her weakness.

Mass Aspiration
Around her, in a circle of radius 6 to 8: pulls 3 cells, steals 2 MP and removes 50% resistance for 2 turns (non-stackable). Once per turn.

Devastating Tempest
Within a radius of 2 around her: -10 range and Pacifist state for 1 turn, and a poison of 41 to 45 Air damage for 3 turns. Once per turn.

Violent Whirlwind
Strikes for 300 Air damage with life steal in a circle of radius 5 around her, and gains 620 HP for 3 turns per enemy hit. Once per turn.

In the Dunes of Bones area, on Ohwymi. If she has just been defeated, she reappears several hours later.

You were within 2 range of Turnado. Her Devastating Tempest applies Pacifist, removes 10 range and poisons all characters in that radius: stay 7 range or more away.
