First Steps

What to prepare

Nothing to prepare: this is the first quest of the guided tutorial, a series of 4 linear quests done alongside Getting Started. The tutorial can be skipped at any time, with a button at the top right that appears after the first dialogue.

The 4 quest steps

1. 1Move Around

   Movement · Mysterious Voice

   For your first incarnation, you appear in front of your god's statue. A Mysterious Voice asks you to move: go forward 3 cells, to the highlighted cell.

2. 2Change Maps

   The Mysterious Voice introduces you to the god of your class, whose statue is behind you, then invites you to set off on your adventure, mentioning the Dofus for the first time. Change maps by going right: you arrive on the Celestial Poutch Platform.

3. 3Talk to Ganymede

   Dialogue · Ganymede

   Ganymede welcomes you to Incarnam and wants to introduce you to the adventurer's life. First, he asks you to fight a Poutch.

4. 4Fight the Celestial Poutch

   Combat

   Click the Celestial Poutch to start the fight, solo. It's easy: cast your spells, the poutch never fights back. The quest ends.

Related quests

The quest unlocks First Weapons, the continuation of the guided tutorial. The two quests make up the Beginning achievement. If you leave the tutorial, you can't go back, but all its quests are completed in your journal, even those you haven't done.

Where does the First Steps quest start?

In front of the statue of your class's god, in Incarnam, as soon as you create your character.

I had a character before update 3.6, how do I complete First Steps?

Go all the way to the back of the Celestial Temple of Incarnam, to the Dofusarium map at [1,1]. The quest is completed simply by walking through it.

Can the tutorial be skipped?

Yes, with the button at the top right, after the first dialogue. You won't be able to go back, but all the related quests will be completed.
