The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Kinshi Saweta

   Dialogue[18,-30] · Kinshi Saweta

   In Feudala, each inhabitant buries the ashes of the lantern made upon their arrival in front of their house, so that it grows into a lantern tree. Kinshi's tree died because of parasites, and he was banished from Feudala. He fears that all the lantern trees will eventually go out.

   

2. 2Rid Feudala of the parasites

   Talk to each inhabitant to start the fight against the parasites of their tree. Each fight is done solo, in whatever order you like.

   • [17,-35] Hina Baki: fight against 3 parasites
   • [16,-36] Iki Karu: fight against 2 parasites

   

   

   

3. 3Go back to Kinshi Saweta

   Dialogue[18,-30] · Kinshi Saweta

   To keep the parasites from coming back, there must be incense and smoke throughout Feudala. Kinshi can make incense sticks, but he is missing fouxwork powder and can no longer enter Feudala.

4. 4Collect 4 Fouxwork Powder

   Items

   Fouxwork Powder drops from the Firefoux of Feudala, at a base rate of 6%.

5. 5Get the incense sticks

   Items[18,-30] · Kinshi Saweta

   Give the powders to Kinshi: he makes incense sticks and asks you to light them, then place them near the lantern trees.

6. 6Light the sticks

   [18,-31]

   Go up one map and click the candle at the top of the altar to light your incense sticks.

   

7. 7Place the incense near the lantern trees

   Place one stick at each of the four spots, in whatever order you like.

   • [16,-30] click the three lanterns on the tree
   • [16,-32] click the lantern tree next to the torii
   • [18,-33] click the lantern tree at the bottom of the map
   • [14,-33] click the lantern tree hidden by the house, on the right

   

   

   

   

8. 8Go back to Kinshi Saweta

   Dialogue[18,-30] · Kinshi Saweta

   Tell him the incense is in place. Eaten up by regret, he intends to stay here and hand out incense to all passersby to protect the other trees. The quest ends.

Near Choki Chin's trees at [17,-33], Hina Baki at [17,-35] and Iki Karu at [16,-36]. Talk to each one to start a solo fight.

Where do you find the Fouxwork Powder?

From the Firefoux of Feudala, at a base rate of 6%. You need 4.

Where do you place the incense sticks?

In [16,-30], [16,-32], [18,-33] and [14,-33], after lighting them on the altar candle at [18,-31].
