   Aurora Borealis wants to rehabilitate the village under the ice and build an ice hotel there. She gives you the list of tools to bring back: 5 Ice Saw, 5 Steel Plate, 5 Protective Mask and 5 Protective Gloves.

No. Saws, plates, masks and gloves are not quest items: you can buy them at the auction house.

Swordsmith, miner, tailor and jeweler, level 100. Each one crafts one of the four tools, 5 times.
