   The guard has a grudge against the Waddicts: they regularly elect a leader to lead a revolt, and he puts them back in their place every time. A new leader is stirring up trouble in the north.

   Talk to the Head Waddict to start the fight. It is done solo, and the leader's attack strength and HP scale to your level.

3. 3Announce your victory to the Fleaster Guard
