Rokwa: Path of the Fist

Nothing to buy, but you need 500 Strength or more to break the rock, and to win a duel solo.

The 7 quest steps

1. 1Ask for the Rokwa rank

   Dialogue[20,-31] · Master of Pandawushu

   The quest starts at the dojo, right after the previous one. Ask the Master of Pandawushu to have you take the Rokwa rank: according to him the most severe one, to push disciples to their limits and reveal their potential.

2. 2Read the Pandweian Rokwa

   The master gives you a scroll on the choreographies of the Kwatas, a discipline that simulates a fictitious fight. Check the Pandweian Rokwa in your quest inventory: each move has a name, and the scroll describes three sequences.

3. 3Repeat the Kwata

   Dialogue[20,-31] · Master of Pandawushu

   Talk to the master again to tell him you are ready to put the Kwata into practice. Respond correctly to each of his requests, in this order.

   2. “Perform a Pandokwan”
   3. “Perform a Tchouto”
   4. “Start the sequence with a Pandarai”
   5. “Start a Tsukki and keep going until ending on the same move”
   6. “Perform a Tchouto followed by a Tetzui”
   7. “Chain Tsukki Tsukite Tetzui Tchouto”

4. 4Break the rock with your bare hands

   Dialogue[23,-27] · Solid Rock

   A Terrdala rock has fallen into the village: the master asks you to break it with your bare hands, drawing energy from within for a Tsukki. Go to the rockfall site and talk to the Solid Rock: it breaks.

   You need 500 Strength or more to break the rock.

   

5. 5Offer a duel

   Dialogue[20,-31] · Master of Pandawushu

   Tell the master of your success: few people pass this trial so quickly. He has another apprentice, less gifted but persevering, and asks you whom to award the rank to. Be humble and offer a duel.

   1. “Reply that he should organize a duel between you and the apprentice, and award the rank to the winner”

6. 6Defeat the apprentice

   Combat[20,-31]

   The duel against the Pandawushuka Apprentice starts: it is a solo fight.

7. 7Receive the Rokwa rank

   Dialogue[20,-31] · Master of Pandawushu

   Talk to the master again: he congratulates you and recommends that you always train in the way of the fist. You get the Rokwa rank, and the Rokwa Headband as an ornamental item. The quest ends.

Where does the quest Rokwa: Path of the Fist start?

With the Master of Pandawushu, at the dojo in Pandala Village, at [20,-31]. You must have completed The Paths of Pandawushu.

Which answers should you give for the Kwata?

In order: Tsukki, Pandokwan, Tchouto, sequence starting with a Pandarai, Tsukki until ending on the same move, Tchouto followed by a Tetzui, then Tsukki Tsukite Tetzui Tchouto.

I can't break the rock, why?

You need 500 Strength or more. The Solid Rock is at the rockfall site, at [23,-27].

Is the duel done in a group?

No, it is a solo fight, against the Pandawushuka Apprentice.

What does the quest give?

511,875 XP, 5,990 kamas and the Rokwa Headband, an ornamental item.

When can you start Gokwa: Path of the Staff?
