The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Mac Gayver

   Dialogue[-60,-57] · Mac Gayver

   Ask him if he needs your services again. Some fishermen have disappeared after drilling too deep: they may have released an evil buried in the ice. To go down into the crevasse, you need a suit, and there are none left: you have to gather the ingredients for a makeshift suit.

   

2. 2Craft the Pure Translucent Ice

   Crafting[-58,-62]

   Click on the block of ice, which serves as a workshop. There are two types of translucent ice: craft only the Pure Translucent Ice, with 3 Kanigloo Ear and 3 Shaman Pingwin Beard Hair.

3. 3Pick Up a Frozen Fur

   Collect[-65,-59]

   Click on the pile of Frozen Fur on the ground to pick one up.

5. 5Exchange the ingredients for better versions

On the pile of Frozen Fur at [-65,-59]. Gormor the Mangler, at [-65,-50], exchanging it for a Tanned Frozen Fur.

Do you need to exchange the ingredients?

It isn't mandatory, but it is recommended. A better suit strengthens the Crack spell, useful against the Icy Crackler in Light on Shadow.
