1. 1Talk to Deol Dbear

   In front of the Coldiron Gate, Deol Dbear is investigating for Wes of Tubsterville a possible new enemy of the Endless Day Guard: the Nimbos, who live under Mount Scauldron, in the Martegel kingdom. The gate seems to be sealed, but an inscription says: “Tap, Friend, and Enter”.

   

2. 2Knock on the door

   [-69,-71]

   Interact with the door to knock on it: despite all your efforts, it does not budge.

3. 3Report back to Deol Dbear

   Tell him about your failure. To learn more, you need to find some Nimbos and question them.

4. 4Defeat the Stubbyob Icebreakers

   Combat[-70,-69] · Stubbyob Icebreaker

   Head south and talk to one of the two Stubbyob Icebreakers: you want to visit the Martegel kingdom. To enter, you must be a friend of the clan, and first prove your strength. A fight starts against 2 Stubbyob Icebreakers, possible in a group.

5. 5Talk to the Stubbyob Icebreaker again

   He admits that you are strong and advises you to go have a beer at the tavern to make friends.

6. 6Buy rounds at the tavern

   Items[-70,-69] · Lambik

   On the same map, enter the Drunken Boat tavern and talk to Lambik: to make friends, all you have to do is buy beers for the others. First serve some Noggin Splitter, then one last round of Chouffee Beer. You receive a Tankard of Friendship as a gift.

7. 7Go through the great gate

   [-69,-71]

   Go back to the gates of the Martegel kingdom and click the great gate again: this time, it opens and you enter the kingdom.

8. 8Go back to see Deol Dbear

   Turn back and tell Deol Dbear that you managed to get in, and how. He advises you to keep working for him. The quest ends.
