What to prepare

No items, but up to 11 characters: each underground passage is opened by placing characters on slabs. You need 7, 10, 11, 7, 5 and then 9 depending on the step.

The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Wally Elconom

   Dialogue[4,1] · Wally Elconom

   The quest starts on the upper floor of the library, with Wally Elconom. He sends you to explore underground passages, one by one, and waits for you after each.

   

2. 2Explore the Library's underground passage

   Movement[4,1]

   Go down into the Library's underground passage and open the rooms up to the last one. You need at least 7 characters, placed on the slabs marked with a purple dot. In the arrival room, you can learn the Wave emote. Then go back to see Wally Elconom.

3. 3Explore the gloomy underground passage

   Movement[-2,2]

   Discover the last room of this cave: you need at least 10 characters to open all the rooms, on the slabs with the purple dot. You may run into a Moowolf there; if not, the quest updates. Go back to see Wally Elconom at [4,1].

   

4. 4Explore the mysterious underground passage

   Movement[-2,-6]

   You need at least 11 characters. Place one at the top of the hill, on the slab, to open the gate for the others: he won't have time to come back down to get in. The others stand on the purple slabs. In the last room, you can learn the Applaud. emote. Go back to see Wally Elconom at [4,1].

   

5. 5Explore the impenetrable underground passage

   Movement[-6,24]

   You need at least 7 characters, on the slabs with the purple dot, to open the gates all the way to the back of the cave. You can learn the Get mad. emote there. Go back to see Wally Elconom at [4,1].

   

6. 6Explore the hazardous underground passage

   Movement[-6,5]

   In the Bwork village, enter the cave and place at least 5 characters on the purple slabs. You can learn the Show your weapon emote there. Go back to see Wally Elconom at [4,1] for the last mission.

   

7. 7Solve the Sudoku in the rigorous underground passage

   [10,-19]

   Enter the Astrub mine and follow the rails toward the top right corner, then upward, and cross the map to the top. A giant Sudoku is drawn on the floor: place a character on each empty cell where the number 9 should be.

   You need 9 characters: 8 on the red cells, and a ninth to activate the lever that opens the wooden gate.

   

8. 8Finish with Wally Elconom

   [4,1] · Wally Elconom

   The quest updates, and the pedestal in the middle of the room teaches you the Cross your arms. emote. Go back to see Wally Elconom to finish this long quest.
