The 3 quest steps

1. 1Talk to the Chief YeCh'Ti Hunter

   Dialogue[-80,-81] · Chief YeCh'Ti Hunter

   In Asparah Gorge, the Chief YeCh'Ti Hunter explains that they are there to put the YeCh'Ti out of action: it causes a lot of damage among Frigost's boufmouth herds. But the YeCh'Ti is cunning: you need snowfoux furs to mask their scent and approach it.

   

2. 2Collect 5 Intact Snowfoux Furs

   Items

   The furs are quest items that drop at a base rate of 3% from Snowfoux-type monsters, in Asparah Gorge or in the area's dungeon.

3. 3Bring back the furs

   Items[-80,-81] · Chief YeCh'Ti Hunter

   Go back to [-80,-81] hand the five furs over to the Chief YeCh'Ti Hunter. He tells you about the buried village, whose mayor Cantile has forbidden any contact with the inhabitants: if you decide to go there, he will say nothing. The quest ends.
