What to prepare

Several NPCs only give their resource if you have finished one of their quests: Welcome to Frigost, Poor Kiki, Gin 'n' Ticks, and Sowing's So In or One Hundred and Twenty-Three Flowers, Exactly Like the Others. You also need an alchemist of level 60 or higher for the Freshly-Squeezed Cromagmunk Juice.

The 12 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Herr Peece

   Dialogue[-80,-45] · Herr Peece

   Herr Peece is counting on an analysis of the Royal Mastogob's blood to move toward a permanent vaccine against rube. He asks you to bring back a sample.

   The temporary vaccine from the previous quest must have worn off, after one week.

   

2. 2Defeat the Royal Mastogob

   Combat[-84,-49]

   Meet at [-84,-49] and defeat the Royal Mastogob in its dungeon, the Royal Mastogob's Greenhouse. You get the blood sample.

3. 3Bring the sample back to Herr Peece

   Items[-80,-45] · Herr Peece

   Albert draws up the list of resources for the new vaccine: ingredients to obtain from several NPCs, and a Mama Pingwin Oil to prepare.

   Depending on your quest series, go see the NPC at [-82,-48] or the one at [-72,-31], but not both.

4. 4Obtain the Funds Pledge

   Ask Mayor Cantile for funds for medical research. You must have completed Welcome to Frigost.

   Ask Grandfather for Artisanal Friswein; he agrees if you have completed Poor Kiki. Then go down to the cellar and click the tap.

6. 6Talk to Jon Burrowman

7. 7Obtain the experimental cereal or plant

   Choose according to the quest series you did, farmer or alchemist. Only one of the two NPCs is enough.

9. 9Obtain a Living Cromagmunk

   In exchange for 5 Sabredon Hair and 5 Woolly Piggoth Leather, Gormor gives you a Living Cromagmunk and the recipe for the Freshly-Squeezed Cromagmunk Juice.

10. 10Harvest the Manuva Roots

    Collect[-64,-48]

    Harvest the resource at the spot indicated by Jon Burrowman. You are immediately attacked: you must defeat the group of monsters to get the roots. The fight can be done with several players.

    The resource respawns about every hour.

11. 11Make the Freshly-Squeezed Cromagmunk Juice

    Crafting

    Buy 5 Friswein at the tavern at [-77,-44] and 5 Frigrowka at the one at [-81,-41]. Have the juice made by an alchemist of level 60 or higher.
