3. 3Question Dayvid Blayne

   Talk to Dayvid Blayne about the inaction of the two cities during Esra'Ruoy'Dnim's invasion. Dayvid Blayne advises you to question Fallanster.

4. 4Get an audience with Fallanster

   Items[4,-19] · Adviser Arky

   In Astrub, ask Adviser Arky for an audience with Fallanster, which she grants.

   

5. 5Talk to Fallanster

   Dialogue[4,-19] · Fallanster

   Go upstairs and talk to him about Esra'Ruoy'Dnim's shackles. He has some of the keys, but they are hidden in a secret, protected place.

   Fallanster is only visible after completing Uprising Damp.

6. 6Talk to Adviser Arky again

   Go back down to the ground floor. Arky never leaves her post and has her food delivered there.

7. 7Ask Tek Abir for a recipe

   Ask him for a dish recipe for Adviser Arky, and a beer for 40 kamas. You get the Astrub Kitchen Soup recipe.
