Time to Die
Last Ivory Dofus quest, level 200, with Menalt's Spirit at [-73,-76] on Frigost Island: destroy Hyrkul's phylactery and defeat the lich for good. All the steps, the dialogue choices, the fights and the technique against Hyrkul.
What to prepare
Plan for a run through the Sylargh's Carrier dungeon, and keep the Death Mask obtained in a previous quest: you need to equip it to enter Externam.

1Talk to the Spirit of Menalt

The quest starts in front of the Ilyzaelle dungeon, with Menalt's Spirit. To find out how to kill Hyrkul, he advises you to meet a certain Agony.

2Enter Externam

On the same map, talk to the Guardian of the Day Without End. In the dungeon's exit room, equip the Death Mask, then take the portal to Externam.

3Find Agony

On the second map of Externam, tell the Lugubrious Mane that you are looking for Agony to defeat Hyrkul. The Mane introduces herself: she is Agony. She will help you if you let her recover the mechanical lich that the Sylargh has almost finished.

4Defeat the Sylargh

Enter the Sylargh's Carrier dungeon, whose entrance is at , and defeat the Sylargh.

6Find Agony again
· Agony
In front of the dungeon entrance, tell Agony that the automaton is destroyed in the World of Twelve: she can recover her relic. To weaken Hyrkul, you must find his phylactery and destroy it. She gives you a bone which, mixed with the earth from Hyrkul's grave and an old cloth of Reapalak, will lead to the receptacle. The two ingredients can be collected in the order of your choice.

8Recover an old piece of Reapalak Fabric

In the Agony V'Helley, talk to the Grim Rider and attack him. The fight pits you against 2 Grim Riders and 1 Old Reapalak, and can be done with several players. Once won, a Snifalos Bone drops into your quest inventory: double-click it to locate the phylactery.

9Defeat Hyrkul
Combat
Head to the Tendentious One's cave and enter it. Hyrkul is waiting for you: he threatens to make you disappear, then to go after everyone who helped you. A fight starts, to be done solo.
Hyrkul has 100% resistance everywhere: you must lower his resistances before you can hit him. Your MP matter a lot: plan for 6 MP.

10Return to Externam

Go back to the front of the Ilyzaelle's Lookout dungeon and talk to the Guardian of the Day Without End to access the room leading to Externam. Equip the Death Mask and go through the portal.

On the first map of Externam, tell Queen Thanatena that the Norrai have agreed to change Dardondakal's fate and that Hyrkul is defeated. She follows the decision of the three Norrai: she will no longer oppose the white dragon's reincarnation.

In Ecaflipus, in front of the Catseye Challenge dungeon, enter the White Dragon's lair and talk to Dardondakal. The dragon reincarnates in front of you. Talk to him again in his new form: he thanks you and agrees to hand over his Dofus.

Reduces damage by 40 for 3 turns.

Strikes in melee for 400 Air damage and removes 3 dodgeable MP (6 on a critical hit).

Removes one of these effects for 1 turn: 400 Intelligence, Chance, Strength or Agility, 100 AP or MP dodge, 4 MP, 4 AP, 50% critical hit, 200 damage or 200 healing.

Level 200
Solo fight in the Tendentious One's cave. It is the one-cell walls that lower his resistances. First, kill the tomb in the top corner of the map: one hit is enough, but it must be delivered from a melee cell. The walls then light up blue on one face, some with a state above. If Hyrkul starts his turn in a line, at 3 cells at most, facing a blue light topped with a state, he loses 10% resistance for an unlimited duration and takes a little damage: bring him in front of several lights without exposing yourself to his blows, since he hits very hard at mid-range. If it is you who start your turn like this, you take about 1,000 damage. You are under gravity every other turn, but the walls move you: hitting one pulls you 3 cells toward it, in a line or diagonally, once per wall and per turn; that wall loses its light for 2 or 3 turns and can no longer pull you. Enough to flee, even with 0 MP. Pushing him or trying to remove MP from him gives him 2 MP for 1 turn, cumulative; carrying him with a Pandawa gives him 4.

How do you beat Hyrkul?
By placing him facing the blue lights on the walls to drop his resistances. First kill the tomb in the top corner in melee, plan for 6 MP and avoid pushing him.
