Quest

Wanted: Prince Sharmin

Level 100 alignment wanted notice: pick up the notice at the Brakmar militia at [-25,33] or the Bonta militia at [-32,-57], find Prince Sharmin in the Porco Territory and bring him back to prison. All the steps, his spells and tips for defeating him.

What to prepare

Nothing to gather: you need to be of Brakmarian or Bontarian alignment, with order 2 or higher. For the fight, avoid the Neutral element and keep your characters spread out.

The 4 quest steps

  1. 1Take the wanted notice

    Dialogue

Go to the wanted room of the militia of your alignment. Click on Prince Sharmin's sign, which is highlighted.

    • Brakmarian: Brakmar militia, go up the stairs to the first floor and go straight to the left. Some notices are in this first room, others in the room on the left.
    • Bontarian: Bonta militia, enter the room at the top left, then the one at the top, next to the stairs. Some notices are in this first room, others in the room above.

    Dialogue

    1. “Head out questing for Prince Sharmin”
  2. 2Find Prince Sharmin

    Movement

Prince Sharmin always appears in the Porco Territory area, in Amakna. If a group defeats him without anyone obtaining him as a follower character (nobody started the quest, or everyone has already completed it), he immediately respawns.

Prince Sharmin is not always there: once defeated, he disappears from the area for several hours before respawning.

  3. 3Defeat Prince Sharmin

    Combat

Prince Sharmin has no Invulnerable state. He hits only in melee, in a cross of size 1, in a random element: stay at a distance and keep your characters spread out, so that he only hits one target at a time. Each monster accompanying him weakens him: the Ad Hoc Allies state removes 600 Vitality and 50 Power per monster present with him.

He has 50% Neutral resistance: avoid spells and weapons that hit in Neutral.

  4. 4Deliver Prince Sharmin

    Items

After the victory, Prince Sharmin follows you as a follower character, provided you started the quest. Go back to the wanted room of your militia, the same way you came, and deliver him. He leaves your group and the quest ends: he appears behind the prison bars, in the rooms after the notices, with the other captured wanted criminals.

    • Brakmarian: talk to Lobo Tommy, at the Brakmar militia
    • Bontarian: talk to Fairy Valentine, at the Bonta militia

    Dialogue

    1. “Deliver Prince Sharmin”

Level 100

In the Porco Territory: 9,600 HP, 8 AP and 6 MP. Resistances: 50% Neutral, 0% Earth, 15% Fire, 10% Water and 5% Air. He can pull himself onto your characters, heal himself, reduce the damage he takes, gain Power and steal AP, MP, range or stats. His great mobility often lets him reach melee: spread your characters out to limit his Power and reduction gains.

  • Ad Hoc Allies

State shared by all wanted targets: 600 less Vitality and 50 less Power, with no duration limit, for each monster with him. Alone, he has no penalty.

  • Forced Sale

Cast from the start of the fight: characters hit take the monsters' hits at their maximum roll. The area and timing are random: cross of size 1 on turn 2, 3 x 3 square on turn 3, or circle of radius 2 on turn 4. He then recasts it after 1, 2 or 3 turns.

  • Heroic Charge

Pulls himself 2 cells toward the target, puts it in the Gravity state for 1 turn and heals himself for 170 HP. Pulls all monsters and characters in a star of size 4 around it 2 cells toward the target. In a line, from 2 to 10 range, once per turn.

  • Haggling

Steals 2 AP, 2 MP, 2 range (3 on a critical hit) and 200 (300 on a critical hit) of a random stat: Agility, Intelligence, Strength or Chance. Up to 8 range, once per turn.

  • Pally

Deals 250 damage in a random element in a cross of size 1 and applies 10% erosion (15 on a critical hit) for 2 turns. For each target hit, he gains 50 Power (75 on a critical hit) and reduces the damage he takes by 4 (24 actual) for 2 turns, stackable. Removes 100% resistance (150 on a critical hit) for 2 turns from an Invulnerable target. Melee only, once per target.
