Nothing to gather: above all you need to kill his Liputs as quickly as possible and stay more than 4 range away from War T'Lillyput at the start of his turn.

   Movement

   War T'Lillyput always appears in the Bottomless Peat Bog, on Otomai Island. He is not always there: once defeated, he disappears for several hours before coming back.

   If a group defeats him without anyone getting him as a follower character (quest not started or already completed), he reappears immediately in the area.

3. 3Defeat War T'Lillyput

   Combat

   Defeat him: if you have started the quest, you obtain him as a follower. Kill the first Liput as soon as it is summoned and stay more than 4 range away from him at the start of his turn. See the strategy below.

4. 4Deliver War T'Lillyput

   Items[6,-6] · Maeve Lightdance

   Go back to the Amakna Castle militia at [5,-6], go right and go down the stairs to the basement to enter the prison. Talk to Maeve Lightdance. You lose your follower, the quest ends and War T'Lillyput appears behind bars, with the other wanted monsters from this militia that you have captured.

Where does the quest Wanted: War T'Lillyput start?

In the second wanted room of the Amakna Castle militia, at [5,-6]. Click on the highlighted sign, then on “Head out questing for War T'Lillyput”. You must be at least level 100.

Where to find War T'Lillyput?

Always in the Bottomless Peat Bog, on Otomai Island. Once defeated, he disappears for several hours, unless nobody in the group obtained him as a follower.

How to handle the Liputs?

Kill the first Liput as soon as it is summoned. Otherwise he summons 4, then 8 more, and every Liput in line of sight repeats Aggressive Rhizome on you.

Is War T'Lillyput stronger when he is alone?

Yes. Alone, he has no penalty. Every monster that accompanies him removes 800 vitality and 50 power from him, through the Ad Hoc Allies state.
