Lots of resources for two recipes, a fisherman and an alchemist of level 180 at minimum, and the Temple of the Great Ougaa dungeon to do with at least four players.

The 9 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Justfa Lafs

   Dialogue[-34,-58] · Justfa Lafs

   Justfa Lafs is on the first floor, on the right, of the Tower of Orders: from the main entrance, go up the stairs and go straight ahead. He asks you to watch over the Sumens statuette, in the basement of the tower, which Brakmar might want to steal.

2. 2Protect the Sumens statuette

   Combat[-34,-58] · Sumens Statuette

   From the tower entrance, go straight ahead behind the stairs, then go down to the basement. Talk to the Sumens Statuette to protect it from the Brakmarian woman in the room. A fight starts, to be done solo.

   The Brakmarian woman's spells: Mortal Blow hits for 350 Air damage, Disabling Blow for 230 Earth damage, and Blinding Dust removes 2 AP and 2 RNG for 2 turns while making her invisible.

3. 3Go back to see Justfa Lafs

   Dialogue[-34,-58] · Justfa Lafs

   Go back up to the first floor to report that the Brakmarian woman failed. Justfa now wants to train a small Tofu commando: he needs sesanabolic seeds.

4. 4Ask Merlinmagus Ambrosius for the recipe

   Dialogue[-29,-54] · Merlinmagus Ambrosius

   Merlinmagus Ambrosius gives you the recipe for the seeds: he needs 1 Ougaa'g and 1 Sesanabolic Potion.

   

5. 5Craft the Motor Pike

   Crafting

   With a fisherman of level 180 or higher: 1 Mush Rhume Slobber, 5 Pike, 7 Tench, 1 Spoiled Meat and 2 Tanuki Entrails.

   Tanuki Entrails only drop at this step of the quest, from all the Tanukis in the Terrdala area, at 10% base. The resource is tradable: it can also be bought at the auction house.

6. 6Craft the Sesanabolic Potion

   Crafting

   With an alchemist of level 180 at minimum: 1 Amorphid Wing, 7 Sesame Seed, 14 Millet, 14 Mandrake, 14 Elm Wood, 1 Motor Pike and 10 Drinking Water.

7. 7Collect the Ougaa'g

   Combat[-9,29]

   Defeat the Ougaa in its dungeon, the Temple of the Great Ougaa, at [-9,29] : it drops the Ougaa'g.

   You need four at minimum to get through one of the dungeon's rooms.

8. 8Give the potion and the Ougaa'g to Merlinmagus

9. 9Give the seeds to Justfa Lafs

   Go back up to the first floor of the Tower of Orders and give the bag to Justfa Lafs. The quest ends: you obtain the rank of Supreme Champion.
