The 3 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Dan Wich

   Dialogue[25,28] · Dan Wich

Dan Wich blames you for helping Umra Tawil. To make up for your mistake, hunt down as many pages as you can from the monsters in the area, so that Umra doesn't get his hands on the one he's missing.

2. 2Collect 40 Unreadable Pages

Defeat 40 monsters from the R'lyugluglu zones: each one automatically drops an Unreadable Page.

The pages don't drop in the dungeon. Before leaving, start Fhtagn!, which also requires fights against the monsters of the zone.
