What to prepare

Lots of drops on Moon Island and the LeChouque's Boat dungeon. Follow the order of the steps: the dungeon also lets you collect the Quality Rum and the Pirate Skulls.

• 11 × Kokokonut Palm Trunkfrom Kokokos, 10 to 14% base, or at the auction house; 10 are used for planks and beams

The 8 quest steps

1. 1Talk to Kaponor

   Dialogue[36,11] · Kaponor

   Kaponor wants to reach the Amakna coast as soon as possible. Thrown off his smuggler's boat along with a little monkey from his cargo, he landed on the island and built a raft. If you help him, he gives you the little monkey. Collect the items in the order of the following steps.

   

2. 2Collect 8 Essential Rope

   Items

   The ropes drop from Kanniballs, without having to do the dungeon: 10% base from regular Kanniballs, 40% from the boss Kanniball Andchain. You need 8, and they can't be bought at the auction house.

3. 3Collect 11 Kokokonut Palm Trunk

   Items

   The trunks drop from Kokokos, at 10 to 14% base, or can be bought at the auction house. Kaponor only asks for one, but plan for 11: 10 will be used to craft the planks and beams.

4. 4Collect the Skull and Crossbones Flag

   Combat

   The Skull and Crossbones Flag drops from LeChouque: you have to do the LeChouque's Boat dungeon. It can't be bought at the auction house.

   In the dungeon, make use of the Drunkyller rooms to collect 6 Quality Rum, and of the pirates for 8 Pirate Skull. Before going in, also start Skeletons and Amulets, and take Shake Our Hand at the end of the dungeon.

5. 5Get 4 Kanniball Barrel

   Items[31,10] · Kanniball Kau

   You need 8 Pirate Skull: otherwise, collect them at the Skull Path from pirate-type monsters. In the Forest of Masks, Kanniball Kau trades you 1 barrel for 2 Pirate Skulls: you get 4 Kanniball Barrel.

6. 6Get the Not Tempting Canvas

   Items[34,6] · Seth Halitosis

   You need 6 Quality Rum, which drops from the Drunkyllers on LeChouque's Boat or can be bought at the auction house. Tell Seth Halitosis that you are looking for a ship's sail: he gives you one in exchange for the 6 bottles.

7. 7Craft the planks and beams

   Crafting[36,11]

   At the beach workbench, craft 6 Kokoko Wood Plank, with 1 Kokokonut Palm Trunk and 1 Glu each, and 2 Kokoko Wood Beam, with 2 Kokokonut Palm Trunk and 2 Glu each.

8. 8Give the materials to Kaponor

   Items[36,11] · Kaponor

   Hand all the materials over to Kaponor. Thanks to you, he can set sail again, and he gives you the little monkey Nomoon. The quest ends.
