4. 4Question LeChouque

   Dialogue[33,4] · LeChouque

5. 5Question the four crew members

   Dialogue

Ask each of them where they were last night, and find out which one is lying to you. Going up the cave from the dungeon, you first run into Notufyne: he was preparing a surprise for his captain's birthday, with Greatbeard.

   • [33,5] Fat Bob, reluctant, finally confesses under threat: as the ship's cook, he spent the evening with a Kanniball cook to learn new recipes
   • [32,5] Greatbeard prepared LeChouque's gift with Notufyne
   • [31,4] Throat-Slicer says he drank rum with Notufyne: he is the liar, since Notufyne was with Greatbeard

6. 6Check Fat Bob's alibi

   [30,9] · Kanniball Ghour

Ask the Kanniball cook if he talked with Fat Bob: he confirms the pirate's alibi.

7. 7Defeat Throat-Slicer

   Combat[31,4] · Throat-Slicer

Pay a visit to the amulet thief: accuse Throat-Slicer and attack him. The fight can be done in a group. It counts for all characters in the fight who talked to Throat-Slicer and then fled the dialogue so as not to start the fight themselves.
