What to prepare

You just need to be able to do the El Piko's Cave dungeon, whose entrance is at [15,-65], and go all the way to Sufokia.

1. 1Listen to ARTU's message

   ARTU, the personal assistant of the wrecked ship, delivers an encrypted Foggernaut message to you: you need to find someone able to decipher it.

2. 2Ask Deks for a key

   At the Palace of Sufokia, ask Deks for a decryption key.

3. 3Decipher the message

   Dialogue[13,-58] · ARTU

   Go back to Ohwymi and insert the key into ARTU. The message reveals that a woman in a hat seems to have attacked the pilot.

4. 4Question Ovee Haych

   Dialogue[15,-57] · Ovee Haych

   At the Sandloon, in Sarakech, question Ovee Haych about the spaceship wreck.

   

5. 5Defeat El Piko and free Aaron Kraken

   Combat[15,-65] · Aaron Kraken

   Do the El Piko's Cave dungeon and defeat El Piko in a single fight. Then talk to Aaron Kraken, the missing Foggernaut, to free him.

6. 6Join Aaron Kraken in front of his ship

   Movement[13,-58] · Aaron Kraken

   Find Aaron Kraken again in front of the Depth Star: you need to help him recover the black box.

7. 7Unlock the black box

   To disable the defense system, talk to ARTU and give the answers in this order.

8. 8Warn Aaron Kraken

With ARTU, in front of the wrecked ship in the Dunes of Bones, at [13,-58]. You must be at least level 110.

Who can decipher the Foggernaut message?

Deks, at the Palace of Sufokia at [23,24]. He gives you the key to insert into ARTU.

Where can I find the woman in the hat?

In Sarakech: start with Ovee Haych, at the Sandloon at [15,-57]. The trail then leads to the El Piko's Cave dungeon.

Do I need to do the El Piko dungeon?

Yes. Aaron Kraken is being held there: you have to defeat El Piko, then talk to him to free him.
