What to prepare
Nothing to gather, but bring characters able to remove MP or push: Fuji Snowfoux instantly kills a character in contact with her.
The 4 quest steps
-
1Take the wanted notice
Dialogue
The Snowbound Village militia is buried under snow: four signs there display the notices for the wanted targets in the surrounding area. Click on the highlighted sign, the leftmost one, above Baka Laive.
Dialogue
- “Head out questing for Fuji Snowfoux”

2Check whether Fuji Snowfoux is present
Dialogue · Dave Growl
Fuji Snowfoux always appears in a room of the Snowfoux Caverns, the area before the dungeon entrance. She is not always there: once defeated, she disappears for several hours. Unlike the other wanted targets, you can check whether she is present with Dave Growl, at the entrance of the area: if he talks about big idiots who already came to beat her up, she is absent; if he says she is awake, she is there.
Dialogue
- “Check whether Fuji Snowfoux is present”
Another sign of her presence: as soon as she appears, every map of the Snowbound Village fills up with a group of Snowfoux. These groups respawn if you kill them as long as Fuji has not been defeated.

3Defeat Fuji Snowfoux
Combat
Find her in the Snowfoux Caverns and fight her. Don't confuse her with the Foster Fuji Snowfoux, boss of the Snowfoux Den dungeon: defeating her is useless for this quest. After the victory, all characters in the fight get her as a follower character, even if they have already done the quest, and receive 1 Ice Kama.
If a group defeats her without anyone getting her as a follower character (quest not started or already completed), she immediately respawns in the area.

4Deliver Fuji Snowfoux
Items
Who to deliver her to depends on the time. Between 8h and 20h, deliver her to Long John; between 20h and 8h, deliver her to Baka Laive, because Long John is then at the P.A.N.T.S. meeting from the quest Hot P.A.N.T.S.. You lose your follower and the quest ends. Those who don't have the quest can get rid of her the same way, without a reward.
- Long John, from 8h to 20h
- Baka Laive, from 20h to 8h
Dialogue
- “Deliver Fuji Snowfoux”
The quest points to Long John at even at night: he won't be there, so deliver Fuji to Baka Laive instead.

The fights
Level 190
In the Snowfoux Caverns: 27,000 HP, 12 AP and 4 MP, no invulnerable state. She instantly kills a character in contact with her, once per turn, and only hits diagonally. Each monster killed gives her 1,000 damage and 1 MP for 1 turn. Stay in a line and far from her: more than 5 Range away, plus 1 Range per MP gained, so she never reaches your contact. Beware of the Maho Snowfoux, who pulls a character 3 cells (from 2 to 4 Range) and can put them within her reach.
-
Ad Hoc Allies
State common to all wanted targets: 1,400 less Vitality and 50 less Power, with no duration limit, per monster present with her. Alone, she has no penalty.
-
Maternal Instinct
Cast at the very start of the fight, with no duration limit, on her and all the monsters. When a monster dies, it casts Mourning: +1 MP for 1 turn to all monsters, and +1,000 damage and +1 MP for 1 turn to Fuji.
-
Mother's Milk
Heals monsters in a circle of radius 5 around her for 600 HP, and gives them 200 damage (220 on a critical hit) for 2 turns, her included. Cooldown of 3 turns.
-
Progeny
Instantly kills one of your characters and replaces it with a random monster from the area. Melee only, once per turn.
-
Furzy
Whacks for 800 Water damage as life steal, along a diagonal line of size 3, and applies 20% erosion (30% on a critical hit) for 1 turn. Diagonal only, from 3 to 4 Range, twice per turn and once per target.
The rewards
Experience, 4 Ice Kama and 1,560 Wantoken, according to the game data. Each character in the fight also receives 1 Ice Kama at the end of the fight.
4 × Ice Kama
1560 × Wantoken
